November Party Time

We recently celebrated the upcoming arrival of one of Daddy's employee's, Marsha's new baby boy at their shower.  Here is Keira getting into the spirit of celebrating!

Hueco Tanks Hiking

After leaving the caverns, the following day we decided to stop off at Hueco Tanks and do some hiking.  Here are a few pictures of Gods beautiful nature.

Here is Keira sporting some jewelry from Grandpa and showing off her walking stick that Grandpa is making for her.  Next time they will both have their walking sticks to accompany them while hiking.

A Trip to the Caverns

We were off a few extra days for fall break and decided to go to Carlsbad Caverns and Hueco Tanks.  We saw some great sights and enjoyed the hiking.

On the way up to the caverns, Keira shouted, "I just saw some mountain goats!"  Sure enough as we were traveling along the road after seeing the caverns, we all saw them again.  We decided to stop and get a better look at a family of mountain goats.

Finally in First!

Keira was a bit reluctant to start back to school this year.  But once she did, she quickly got into her new routine and absolutely loves first grade!

Best homework EVER!!!  Keira loved building her Lego creation for homework the first week of school and then writing about it in her class journal.
