Happy 7th Birthday Keira

Today was a joyous day in which we were able to celebrate seeing our sweet Keira turn 7.

So sweet!

But goofy too, or as she said, "Peace Dude!"

Keira insisted on having magic candles this year that light back up.  They certainly gave everyone a good laugh! 

She just couldn't completely blow them out! 

Keira created her own pin the bow on the Minion game that she organized.  The kids all had a great time playing it!

We almost had a White Christmas 2015

So the day after Christmas about 11:30 a.m.  I look out the window and noticed snowflakes coming down.  It took me by surprise because the storm was forecasted to hit that evening and go into the next day.  However, we had the pleasure of seeing snow for the rest of the day in the desert.  We woke up the next morning to about 6 inches of snow.

We made a quick shopping trip into town and got home just as it really began to come down.

This year Keira had a wonderful year!  Her class had the best Christmas Games to play on their last day of school before their break began.  Here are a few pictures of their fun!

 Keira was recently Mary in our church's children's Christmas Performance.  She read her lines very confidently and we were so proud of her!
